Dear Diary - I have always been fascinated by sea-horses...a very unusual creature, as far as sea-dwellers go...and, by the looks of it, these ones are exceptionally large and have obviously been domesticated to some extent...

Dear Diary - the weather was warm, the room was small and pokey, the sheets refused to breath, the view out the window was straight into an underground car park, the ceiling air-conditioning vent was covered over with a piece of cardboard box, certain areas of the walls were questionably discoloured with what appeared to be mould, the fridge still contained the half eaten take away meal of the previous traveller...thankfully, the fan worked...

Dear Diary - actually, when I think about it, I'm pretty sure that this was the only seat in the hotel room...and since I'm usually sat atop a tripod it wasn't such an issue...
